NetSuite snapshot 07 Oct 2026
Prototype with real TWRS data. 50 representative items at the four stocking locations, taken read-only from NetSuite on 7 Oct 2026: stock, reorder settings, rank, preferred vendor, cost and 24 months of consumption (Oct 2024 – Sep 2026). Every control works. Generated transactions are simulated; nothing is written to NetSuite. Confidential: TWRS data.

How the live build works. A nightly Map/Reduce script builds one row per item and location from NetSuite: location quantities and reorder settings from the item's location records, item settings (vendor, price, average cost, dropship, seasonal demand) joined once per item, and consumption from inventory-affecting transaction lines in base units, bucketed by transaction date. Assembly builds count only their component lines; the built assembly is production, not consumption. Demand comes from sales order fulfilments (not rental orders), NetScore FSM invoices, cash sales and direct invoices; transfers, adjustments and rental transactions are excluded. The workbench reads that snapshot, so it stays fast however much history there is. Creating transactions runs as a background job that writes a run log.
